We protect each individual from the arbitrariness of the state, prevent violations by the authorities and share our knowledge.
Legal protection
Every person is valuable. We protect a particular person with his or her human dignity and freedoms: we demand from the state the realization of rights and inadmissibility of interference with freedoms.
Public control
We help to form a community of informed citizens who visit places of potential arbitrariness of the state: courts, police, places of detention, etc. Observers do not interfere in the process, but monitor and record violations. Then they bring to the state’s attention what needs to be corrected.
Education
We explain to citizens how to behave with the authorities in a given situation, because if people know their rights, they are already half protected. Knowledge gives strength and awareness that something depends on each individual person. And we train representatives of the authorities in human rights to make the state properly fulfil its duties.

We help NGOs and initiative groups that work with families and children in vulnerable situations to connect into partner networks.
School of public control
During a 5-month course, we teach what human rights are and the basics of public control
Every month we receive more than 100 requests from all over the country. We are approached by people who have no one else to go to, because representatives of the state have violated their rights. We respond to every request and help people understand the current legal situation. We always help for free.
