2. General terms

7. Responsibility of parties

7.1. The website administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the user in connection with the misuse of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases provided for in the sub-clauses 5.2, 5.3 and 7.2 of this privacy policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the website administration is not responsible if this confidential information:

7.2.1. If it had become public domain before it was lost or disclosed.

7.2.2. If it had been received from a third party before the website administration received it.

7.2.3. If it was disclosed with the user's consent.

8. Dispute resolution

8.1. Before filing a lawsuit on disputes arising from the relationship between the user and the website administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).

8.2. The recipient claims within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the complaint, notify the complainant about the outcome of a claim.
