06 May 2010, Thursday. Mari El Republic, Yoshkar-Ola. On 4 May 2010 the justice of the peace of judicial district no.1 of the Kilemarsky district of Mari El made a judgment convicting officer Chulkov, head of the regional police station in the village of Vizimyary under the Kilemarsky district Department of Internal Affairs. Officer Chulkov was found guilty and sentenced to payment of a fine in the amount of 6000 rubles.
