Sergey Poduzov – a co-chairman of RPO “Human being and Law”, head of the direction of the work with civil activists, deputy chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Mari El, member of the Coordinating Council on Human Rights at the Plenipotentiary of the President RF in Volga Federal District, chairman of the Public Monitoring Commission, which monitors observation of human rights in places of detention on the territory of the Republic of Mari El.

Dmitriy Egoshin – a lawyer, head of the Department of the Interregional public organization “Committee against Torture”, which is situated in RPO “Human being and Law” in the republic of Mari El. He took part in the work of the combined mobile groups in different regions of Russia (Tver region, Stavropol region, Krasnodar region, Sochi, Ekaterinburg, Primorskiy region). With the help of staff of the Department citizens, who suffered from illegal actions of police officers, received compensation for moral damage, and several police officers were sentenced to various terms of imprisonment for abuse of their authority.

Anastasia Poduzova – a head of the direction of the work with closed institutions, a psychologist.
